Olaide Omolola Olaogun /pronounced "or-lie-day, or-more-law-lar, or-lar-oh-goon"/ (born 9 July 1986, Lagos, Nigeria) is a Nollywood actress,〔http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4132932/〕 TV presenter and model based in Nigeria. She has featured in movies alongside Bimbo Akintola, Olu Jacobs, Funke Akindele, Ramsey Noah, Kalu Ikeagwu, Jide Kosoko, Kehinde Bankole, Kunle Afolayan among others. Olaogun achieved greater success when she won the Face of Lux beauty in 2007 right after Genevieve Nnaji. ==Early life==
Olaide Olaogun was born in Lagos State to Nigerian Parents. She is grateful for a happy and well-broadened orientation made available to her from a very young age through TV and lots of reading. She did not necessarily get all she wanted but all she needed was always made available. At age 5, She joined the church Drama group and the church Choir where she built her confidence. Her mother gave her full support helping her through her drama scripts and supported her financially. In a 2010 interview〔()〕 She states that natural acting talents are important and attached with getting roles based on merit.
